The itinerary can be adapted around the ages of your children, but not
every activity or travel day is suitable for every family. Tell us your
children’s ages so we can plan the route and experiences more appropriately.

type must be confirmed before booking. Tell us the age of each child when
requesting your quotation.

according to your route and dates. Safari jeep charges, national park
fees and related arrangements are included only when specifically
confirmed in your quotation.

No. Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed because animals move
naturally and conditions vary by season, weather, park and chance.

Yes. A train journey can be considered where it fits your route and
family preferences. Tickets are subject to availability and are included
only when specifically confirmed.
Can we choose our own hotels? expand_more
Yes. You can request particular hotels or book accommodation independently.
The transport route can then be planned around your confirmed hotel arrangements.
Can you arrange family rooms or connecting rooms? expand_more
These arrangements can be requested, but availability depends on the
selected hotel. Family rooms, connecting rooms, cots and extra beds are
confirmed separately before booking.
Can we add beach time to the family tour? expand_more
Yes. The route can include time on Sri Lanka’s south, east or west coast
depending on your travel dates, preferred itinerary and available time.
How much deposit is required? expand_more
Ceyland Drivers normally requests a 30% booking deposit. If a hotel or
other supplier requires different advance-payment terms, this will be
explained before payment.
Can the itinerary change if our children get tired? expand_more
The daily pace can often be adjusted during a private journey, but
confirmed hotel bookings, tickets and supplier arrangements may have
their own conditions. Your driver and Ceyland Drivers can discuss
practical options with you during the trip.
